About Me

Lori Comeau: CT, United States; Welcome to my Blog! Here’s a few facts about me…. I married my high school sweetheart (Dave) April 6, 1985 and have been happily married ever since. I have two grown children who have left the nest. I have a White Pomeranian named Cody who is just as spoiled as can be. My family and friends are most important to me. I love to take pictures, scrapbook, paper craft and crochet. I love taking day trips, weekend trips and vacations. My two favorite places are Alaska & New Hampshire. I love the fresh country air and the smell of nature. I'm a friendly outgoing person with a bubbly personality and seem make friends easily. I except everyone for who they are and what they believe. I have no problem voicing my opinion and if you asked me a question you will get an honest answer(like it or not). Last but not least, My motto is "I Work to Live" NOT "Live to Work"! Cody

This is Cody ~~~~~ All 7 lbs of him ~~~~~ Isn’t he just the cutest ~~~~~ Well let me tell you ~~~~~ He guards as if he was a Pit Bull ~~~~~ He is as demanding as a two year old ~~~~~ He behaves like a rebellious teenager ~~~~~ He preens himself as if he were a cat ~~~~~ He barks at everything ~~~~~ He begs for attention continuously ~~~~~ And he’s my couch cuddlebug ~~~~~ Is he spoiled? You bet!!!!! ~~~~~ I would not have it any other way : )

Where I Work

I started working for Walgreens on January 24, 1992 the year Walgreens opened its first drugstore with a drive-thru pharmacy. This was supposed to be a temporary part time job for me. It was such a great company to work for that I never left. I am the Administrative Assistant for Market 16 NYC/CT and just love it. I have met so many great people over the years from co-workers, to customers, to the vendors. Some of whom I have become very close friends with. I have seen and been through so many changes within this company. Some of the changes were great, some not so great, but you learn to adjust. Life is all about changes and Walgreens is no different. I feel fortunate to be part of a company that allows me to balance the things in life most important to me. Thanks Walgreens!!
